Request deletion of your PetVetAI account and associated personal data.

What Account Deletion Means

Users may request deletion of their PetVetAI account and associated personal data at any time.

Deleting your account will:

  • • Stop all monitoring services and Ring camera integrations
  • • Remove dashboard access and stored pet health reports where possible
  • • Cancel any active report schedules

Some records may be retained for:

  • • Security and fraud prevention
  • • Legal and regulatory compliance
  • • Transactional recordkeeping

Ring users: We recommend disconnecting your Ring account from within your PetVetAI settings before or during the deletion process.

Immediate In-App Deletion

You can delete your account instantly from Account Settings → Danger Zone → Delete My Account.

Submit a Deletion Request

Our support team will review and process your request according to our privacy and security procedures.

I understand this request will permanently remove my PetVetAI account and associated services, and may remove access to reports and monitoring history.
