PetVetAI is an AI-powered pet wellness platform operated by Pet Vet AI LLC. The platform provides AI-assisted informational insights for pet health observation and documentation. It does not provide veterinary diagnosis, treatment, or medical advice.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this platform. By using PetVetAI, you represent that you meet this requirement.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

Use of PetVetAI requires a compatible device and internet connection. Carrier data charges may apply. Pet Vet AI LLC is not responsible for charges incurred through your mobile carrier or internet provider.

AI-generated wellness reports are informational and educational only. They are not veterinary diagnoses or treatment recommendations. Outputs may contain inaccuracies. Always consult a licensed veterinarian for any medical concerns regarding your pet. In an emergency, contact a veterinarian or emergency animal hospital immediately.

PetVetAI may include links or integrations to third-party marketplaces or services. Pet Vet AI LLC is not responsible for the content, products, or services offered by third parties.

PetVetAI may integrate with voice assistants and connected devices including Ring cameras. Use of these integrations is subject to the terms of the respective device or service provider. Pet Vet AI LLC is not affiliated with or endorsed by Ring or Amazon.

By submitting images, videos, or other content to PetVetAI, you represent that you have the right to submit such content and grant Pet Vet AI LLC a license to host, process, and use such content to provide and improve our services.

Pet Vet AI LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to Pet Vet AI LLC may be used by us without obligation or compensation to you, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Scraping, reverse engineering, or decompiling the platform
• Building competing products or services using our platform or data
• Unauthorized commercial resale or exploitation of platform content
• Submitting false, misleading, or harmful content
• Violating any applicable law or regulation

All platform content, AI models, trademarks, and technology are owned by or licensed to Pet Vet AI LLC. No rights are granted beyond the limited license described herein.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. PET VET AI LLC DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS, IMPLIED, AND STATUTORY WARRANTIES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PET VET AI LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE PLATFORM.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pet Vet AI LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.

Pet Vet AI LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in harmful conduct, at our sole discretion.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Nevada.

Pet Vet AI LLC may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notice.
