SMS Terms & Conditions

PetVetAI LLC, a Nevada limited liability company ("PetVetAI," "we," "us"), 5940 S Rainbow Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89118-2540, operates an SMS text messaging program that delivers, at your request, messages such as: AI health and behavior alerts about your pet, results and follow-ups from photo or video analysis you submitted, appointment reminders and confirmations, medication and preventive-care reminders, device and service alerts, account and subscription notices, customer support responses, and occasional product news and offers.

By opting in, you agree to these SMS Terms & Conditions and to our Privacy Policy.

You agree to receive recurring automated informational and marketing text messages from PetVetAI LLC at the mobile number you provided, sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology.

Consent is not a condition of purchase or of access to the Services. You may use PetVetAI without agreeing to receive text messages.

You represent that you are at least 18 years old and that you are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number you provide. If you change or relinquish that number, you agree to notify us promptly at support@petvetai.ai.

How you opt in. You will only receive messages if you expressly opted in by: submitting a web form on petvetai.ai with a clearly labeled SMS consent checkbox that is unchecked by default; texting our published keyword to our number; enabling text alerts in your account or device settings; or providing your number and consent during onboarding, at checkout, at an event, or over the phone.

We collect consent directly from you. We do not obtain phone numbers from lead sellers, comparison-shopping sites, or purchased lists, and we never transfer your consent to another brand — including veterinary partners.

Message frequency varies based on your pet's activity, the alerts you enable, and your interaction with us. Marketing programs typically send up to 10 messages per month. Health alerts, appointment reminders, and other transactional messages are sent as needed and are not limited by that figure.

Message and data rates may apply. PetVetAI does not charge for the messages, but your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates will apply to each message sent and received. Contact your wireless provider for details about your plan.

You may cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. We also honor QUIT, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, OPTOUT, REVOKE, and OPT OUT.

Consistent with FCC rules, you may also revoke consent by any reasonable means that clearly expresses your intent — including replying in plain language (for example, "please stop texting me"), emailing support@petvetai.ai, telling a customer service representative, or writing to us at the address above. We honor revocation requests within ten (10) business days, and in practice process them promptly, typically within minutes.

After you opt out we will send one confirmation message, typically within five minutes, with no promotional content.

To rejoin, reply START or UNSTOP, sign up again on petvetai.ai, enable text alerts in your account, or text our published keyword to our number.

Our messages are supported by major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, US Cellular, Metro by T-Mobile, Boost Mobile, Cricket Wireless, and other participating carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless provider and is outside our control. Carrier support may change without notice.

We respect your privacy. No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We also do not rent it. All opt-in data and consent is excluded from any third-party sharing, and is disclosed only to our messaging provider (Intuit Mailchimp) and wireless carriers for the sole purpose of delivering the messages you requested. PetVetAI does not practice veterinary medicine and does not provide a diagnosis. No veterinarian-client-patient relationship is created by receiving our text messages.

Alerts and AI-generated observations delivered by SMS are informational only and are not a substitute for examination, diagnosis, or treatment by a licensed veterinarian.

You may not use our SMS program to transmit unlawful, abusive, harassing, or fraudulent content. We may suspend or terminate your participation at any time for violation of these terms or applicable law.

SMS messages are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PetVetAI LLC disclaims all warranties regarding message delivery, timeliness, accuracy, and the correctness of AI-generated content.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PetVetAI LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your participation in the SMS program, from reliance on any message, or from any failure or delay in message delivery.

These SMS Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act or applicable state consumer protection law.

We may modify these SMS Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes are effective when posted to petvetai.ai. Your continued participation after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
